I’ve been practicing Reiki and hypnotherapy since 2014, learning from a wide range of teachers and approaches. My interests include Reiki, Mind-Body Psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP and personal growth.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher and the author of several books, I created these manuals to make study clearer and practice more approachable. Each degree combines explanations, visual references and opportunities to reflect on your own experience.
